support is available, however we do answer tickets 24/7. In most cases, we will reply within a 2-3 hour time period, however some issues
may take longer to troubleshoot.
The technical support staff is comprised of several analysts from several different hosting companies.
They are all very experienced with troubleshooting technical issues and will always do the best to their ability to rectify any issues at hand.
